Acting as a trusted partner, you will tailor enablement strategies to the customer’s specific processes and use cases, helping them build the internal capabilities needed for an independent use of our solution. <br/><br/> <br/>Your background in <strong>IT transformation project environments</strong> enables you to manage complexity, align diverse business and technical stakeholders, and bring structure to onboarding journeys — without taking over ownership of their internal projects. <br/><br/> <br/>Beyond direct customer onboarding, you will contribute to the continuous development of a scalable, enterprise-ready onboarding framework and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall customer experience. If you're passionate about technology, change management, and driving customer success where it matters most — we’d love to hear from you. <br/><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Lead the onboarding and initial implementation of our ESG software solutions for enterprise customers, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term value creation. </li> <li>Act as an IT transformation lead, aligning software usage with each customer’s business processes and regulatory context. </li> <li>Analyze customers’ operational and organizational setup to tailor configurations and enable them to use the software independently. </li> <li>Facilitate change management initiatives in the context of regulatory-driven process changes (e.g., triggered by EUDR). </li> <li>Build communication bridges between technical and business stakeholders - both internally and externally. </li> <li>Act as a mentor to junior consultants, sharing onboarding best practices and supporting them in complex customer scenarios. </li> <li>Drive the continuous improvement of our onboarding framework, leveraging insights from customer journeys and onboarding data. </li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Tech teams to optimize the end-to-end customer experience. </li> </ul><br/><br/><h3>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</h3><ul> <li>5–7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing IT transformation or enterprise software implementation projects. </li> <li>Proven ability to manage complex (onboarding) scenarios involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. </li> <li>Hands-on experience in change management with the ability to understand and drive process changes triggered by regulatory requirements. </li> <li>Communication skills with the ability to act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders. </li> <li>Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and drive implementation forward. </li> <li>Solid understanding of business fundamentals (e.g., supply chain, procurement, compliance) to quickly grasp customer operations and translate them into software use cases. </li> <li>Ability to channel customer feedback into product development and internal process improvements. </li> <li>Interest in ESG and regulatory innovation; prior exposure to topics like EUDR, CSRD, or CBAM is a plus, but not required. </li> <li>Fluency in English (C1 level); additional languages (e.g., German, French, Dutch, Italian) are a strong plus. </li> </ul><br/><br/><h3>Benefits</h3><ul> <li>A purpose-driven mission tackling complex sustainability challenges whilst working alongside global industry pioneers</li> <li>Room for creativity through collaborative teamwork and an open communication culture</li> <li>Flexibility and team bonding with our hybrid work options.</li> <li>Fuel for your growth journey, both personally and professionally</li> <li>Sustainable mobility options, promoting eco-friendly commuting solutions</li> <li>Fun team events and outings with our global teams </li> <li>Inspiring workspaces in Madrid and beyond</li> </ul><br/>
