Project Manager and Business System Analyst Internship - Summer 2024

Are you interested in learning about project management for technology solutions in the business world? Under the mentorship of Director of Supply Chain Ops Program Management, the Project Management Intern will gain valuable experience within the project implementation life cycle. The intern will be paired with members of our Program Management team to get a hands-on view.

We at Juniper Networks are seeking continuing students who are interested in Supply Chain Operations Project Management Summer Internships.

Our Program Management Team drives projects across the Juniper Supply Chain and Services Organizations to help execute the organization’s strategic transformation programs. The Project Management Intern will focus on Quality and Product dimensions projects within Supply Chain and help accelerate the execution of these projects. 

Successful Project Management / BSA Intern candidates must:

• Support projects across functions including process improvements, system enhancements, or other strategic initiatives. 
• Own and drive both independent and collaborative project tasks in support of key initiatives within the Supply Chain organization. 
• Document business and system requirements, project timelines and milestones, and develop presentations to support core projects. 
• Align with cross-functional teams to collaborate and drive project success. 
• Conduct user acceptance testing, create training material, and drive training for new users to improve adoption of new application initiatives. 

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) 
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic 
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) 
• Project Management experience 
• Having knowledge of AI/ML concepts, and tools like JIRA, Tableau a plus

Minimum Salary: $61,875.00

Maximum Salary:$94,875.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $61,875.00 and $94,875.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
