Parts Delivery Specialist

Position Summary: The Parts Delivery Specialist is responsible for the delivery of parts of retailers in multiple states. Travel will be required Monday – Friday, potentially some weekends. 

Duties / Responsibilities: 

• Deliver parts to customer/retailers

• Taking and logging parts orders for dealers and homeowners. 

• Maintaining inventory controls in office and warehouse environments. 

• Reviewing parts orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available to pull. 

• Reviewing orders to ensure that the quantities are correct in the systems and that the correct parts were pulled. 

• Packaging and shipping parts to customers within 7 days.  

• Documenting and processing orders for shipment. 

• Coordinating with dealer, homeowner, and transportation service to ensure accurate and timely delivery. 

• Filing paperwork on a regular, if not daily basis. 

• Communicate positively and frequently with customers to set delivery expectations. 

• Following up internally and externally until claim is resolved. 

• Creating individual process to improve our customers’ experience, as needed, and reevaluating individual processes from improved customer experience. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

• Able to organize, prioritize, and deliver parts within deadlines - REQUIRED

• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check - REQUIRED

• Clear and effective communication – REQUIRED

• Speak, read, and understand English - REQUIRED

• Ability to work independently and as a team - REQUIRED

• Valid Driver's License - REQUIRED

• Clean Driving Record - REQUIRED

• High School diploma or GED – REQUIRED

• Proficient in MS Office software, including Excel - preferred

• Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems - preferred

• Experience driving a box truck - a big plus

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification - a big plus

Physical Demands:

•  Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. 

• Work environment is not temperature controlled and may result in exposure to extreme temperatures.  

• Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling. 

• Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.   

Travel Requirements: 

Significant amount of travel is required - mainly day trips for deliveries
