Raytheon is hiring a Logistics - Sr Analyst that will be responsible for the daily management of Receiving, Warehousing, and Distribution Operations across the Camden site. Tasks to be performed will entail physical and systematic receipt of material, communicating with Programs, Security, Supplies, Customers, production/depot planners, and factory operations. Engage appropriate stakeholders to create material distribution improvement opportunities, drive solutions, along with the ability to resolve conflict within a matrix organization. The candidate must think independently and communicate effectively while working closely with other disciplines.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee material management from receipt through final stock placement, including locating and resolving issues related to lost, misplaced, or misrouted assets.

  • Identify and implement improvements in warehouse layout and material flow to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hazardous material classifications and ensure proper handling in compliance with all DOT Regulations, OSHA Standards, and RTX Safety Guidelines.

  • Conduct cycle counts and perform other inventory accuracy procedures to achieve and maintain 100% material accountability.

  • Support and resolve medium to complex challenges related to Procurements efforts, Purchase Order utilization, and warehouse operations.

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with all levels of Internal Stakeholders as well as External Stakeholders, including but not limited to supplier, vendors, and customers.

  • Routinely analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and develop action plans aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Verify accuracy of physical assets to supporting documentation upon arrival and ensure any discrepancies are identified and actively being worked in a timely manner.

  • Maintain controls for inventory with existing receipt challenges or otherwise not on stock record.

  • Manage the loading and unloading of inbound and outbound shipments.

  • Prepare and pack materials for outbound shipments in accordance with company standards.

  • Perform physical movement of materials using standard material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Maintain concise and well-coordinated receiving records complying with all document retention requirements.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements including but not limited to CFR, DFAR, FAR, ITAR, DoD, OSHA, and DSS

This is 1st shift, onsite position.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications we Prefer:

  • ASCM CSCP certification (or equivalent), or commitment to obtain within 12 months of hire

  • Experience collaborating with large, complex teams

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels

  • Material accountability across multiple projects with competing priorities

  • Understanding of performance metrics and experience with developing and implementing root cause analyses and corrective action plans

  • Experience with MRP systems and related tools

  • Experience in material handling operations

  • Experience with hazardous materials handling and associated safety protocols
