Maintenance Superintendent

Responsibilities

• The position duties and responsibilities include the following; Prepare and coordinate routes, attend meetings, daily planning and resource allocation, analyze, monitor crews performance, coordinate with management, foreman and laborers
• Answer and Respond to phone calls and emails
• Communicate possible issues or problems to appropriate parties
• The position is ultimately responsible for the Quality and Performance of their respective routes
• Schedule Monday through Friday, Saturdays (as necessary)
• Typical work week 40-50 hrs
• Drip, Two-wire, Salco, Weather Track)
• Excellent customer services skills

• Comprehensive understanding of Plant Material
• Working Knowledge of Irrigation systems (Std
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities
• Drivers License, Required
• Basic Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
