Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist who is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. You'll be responsible for assessing patient conditions, designing customized therapy plans, and applying clinical expertise to facilitate maximum functional recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients thoroughly and accurately to determine rehabilitation needs

  • Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and advanced modalities

  • Clearly communicate progress, treatment plans, and goals to patients, families, and healthcare providers

  • Document patient care effectively to ensure continuity and quality of care

Requirements:

  • Valid Texas Physical Therapist license

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Commitment to professional development and clinical excellence

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine

  • Manual therapy certification or proficiency

  • Interest or experience in post-operative and injury rehabilitation
