Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri

Pay & Incentives

• Competitive hourly rate: $28–$35/hr (based on experience and role responsibilities)

About the Role:
As a PTA with California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy, you will support outpatient orthopedic patients with individualized care plans and collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and clinic staff to deliver high-quality, hands-on care.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions in an outpatient setting
• Carry out treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Maintain accurate documentation using our state-of-the-art EMR
• Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
• Foster relationships with the local community and healthcare partners

Services Offered at This Location Include:

• Outpatient orthopedics and manual therapy
• Spine, TMJ, vestibular, and post-surgical rehab
• Work-related injury recovery and return-to-sport programs
• Gait analysis, orthotic fitting, and functional strength training

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Current California PTA license in good standing
• Previous outpatient experience preferred, but not required. New grads welcome!
