We are seeking a full time, experienced Licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our

Why We Need You

As the face of VCA, the Licensed Pharmacy Technician sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. Our Pharmacy Technician’s are responsible for:

• Dispensing prescribed medications to patients

• Reviewing prescriptions for accuracy

• Providing detailed instructions on proper usage

• Counseling Client on potential side effects, drug interactions, and ensuring safe/effective medication use

• Adhering to state and federal regulations

• Daily, weekly, and monthly audits

• Team work and communication with Veterinary Technicians

• Communication with Veterinarians and Hospital Manager

Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The pay range for this position is $ 22 - $ 25 per hour.
