Where do you fit? The SugarCRM products group has an immediate opening for a Senior Product Manager. This position will play a key role in defining and executing our sales automation solution. You must be innovative, strategic, tactical, and a strong communicator - both defining vision and driving delivery. You should have a bias towards action.
**This role operates on a hybrid model, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Denver,CO location, specifically, working in-office a minimum of 2 days per week.**

Impact You Will Make in the Role:
- Define and own the long-term product strategy for a major business domain, aligning multi-quarter roadmaps with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure coherent delivery of end-to-end solutions.
- Design, document, and present product requirement documents that include the business cases
- Analyze market trends and performance drivers to identify new product and growth opportunities
- Develop and monitor product KPIs and metrics driving the business feedback loop
You Will Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management
- Proven experience in B2B product management with commercialized software products
- Experience presenting to executives internally and to customers
- Demonstrated experience leveraging analytics to define product direction
- Demonstrated product ownership skills, including backlog management, writing user stories, leading grooming, and facilitating development
- Strong product management skills, including but not limited to - roadmap, business case, prioritization, negotiation, and obtaining consensus
- Strong technical knowledge and experience working closely with technical members of team
- Ability to interact with partners, customers, and staff in a professional and polished manner
- Experience with agile software development
- Experience in customer relationship management and customer experience management preferred
- Willingness to collaborate with international and distributed teams, particularly in European time zones, and to work earlier hours to ensure strong team alignment
