Creatives Delivery Associate

OUR HIRING PROCESS:

Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
• From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We are looking for a remote Creatives Delivery Associate to join our team! 

Requirements:

- Upper-Intermediate + level of English;
- confident PC user, good Excel skills, Google Drive/Sheets skills are desirable;
- multitasking and initiative.

The responsibilities of this role include:

- Distribution of tasks between web design and copywriting teams, ensuring interaction between Client Success, Campaign manager departments;
- participation in rallies;
- working with Google Docs - planning tasks and requests, control over task due dates;
- coordination of all interaction processes between the teams;
- maintaining and keeping up-to-date information in task tables (cleaning and checking data accuracy).
- work schedule: from 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM EEST, or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM EEST (Mon-Fri) remote.
