Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to drive delivery of business insurance technologies.

 

 

 What are you going to do in Allianz?

•  Manage end-to-end projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope and deliverables.
•  Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
•  Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project milestones are met.
•  Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
•  Facilitate meetings, workshops, and calls with project teams and clients.
•  Employ Agile methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
•  Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery processes.

 What does Allianz need from you?

•  Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science;
•  Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in Consulting or similar roles.
•  Familiarity with agile methodologies.
•  Analytical profile, with the ability to synthesize information and agile adaptation to change.
•  High level of English proficiency: fluent/negotiation.
•  Technical knowledge of IT systems and processes is highly valuated
•  Dedication to excellence in service.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and translate vision into strategic plans.
