The Live Oak Technical Supervisor will provide hands-on leadership for associates in the Tile Print Automation area. The Technical supervisor will monitor the installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance work in the Tile Print Automation area along with supervising associates and perform inspections on work orders.

 

Responsibilities:

• oversees the performance of employees
• responsible for ensuring that all equipment is running smoothly and that the machinery is in accordance to industrial codes
• design workplace policies and standard practices and ensure they are being followed by associates
• perform regular inspections of tools, vehicles, and equipment

 

Requirements:

• Good leadership skills 
• Attention to detail 
• Excellent communications  
• Computer literate
• A mechanical aptitude 
• At least 2 years of supervisory and technical experience
