This includes valuations of hotels, holiday parks, recreation parks, event locations, parking garages, etc. The assignments and activities include portfolio valuations, valuations for purchase or sale, regular and periodic valuations, rent reviews, valuations for financing purposes, valuations for (re)development projects and market research. You will use specialized and validated calculation models. As an organization, we have our own research department and we continuously conduct market research. This way, you always have the most up-to-date market information to advise our clients as best as possible.
