Could you be the full-time hybrid Human Resources Director in Athens, Greece we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive Human Resources expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Monika (CEE, Poland, Ukraine & Baltics HR Director) and work alongside innovative, supportive, and dedicated teammates. You'll support the development and drive the implementation of our Global HR strategy at the Site level, ensuring alignment with our overarching Business strategy. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including senior management, line managers, and operational staff), develop and ensure efficient implementation of global and local HR processes, policies, and tools, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Support, coaching, and counseling Line and Senior Management in all HR-related matters, such as HR processes and tools, leadership, and organizational change and development,
- Analyzing HR data to address issues pertaining to attrition, staffing, employee performance, and training,
- Providing coordination and support for management and employees to implement ALSTOM People Management Cycle (PMC) and self-service local deployment; ensuring accuracy and timeliness of records,
- Working out detailed HC budget and respecting personnel cost budget and training cost for their scope,
- Leading the recruitment process including job description and candidate profiles for all positions with active methods of winning over qualified people,
- Maintaining adherence to local statutory compliance norms,
- Cooperation with Trade Unions,
- Influencing and persuading stakeholders across the organization with organizational and excellent communication skills,
- Demonstrating Global & Cultural Awareness in all HR practices,
- Creating a positive climate between employees at all levels of the organization through strong team working abilities

- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field,
- Experience or understanding of implementing Global HR strategies and aligning them with Business objectives,
- Knowledge of global and local HR processes, policies, and tools,
- Familiarity with HR data analysis and addressing issues related to attrition, staffing, and employee performance,
- Strong organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on transparency,
- Strong team working abilities and creating a positive climate at all organizational levels,
- Working knowledge and experience in recruitment, selection, staff planning, and labor cost budgeting,
- Solid understanding, knowledge, and experience in HR management tools, policies, processes, and best practices,
- Good knowledge of local labor law,
