This role will hold responsibility for the end-to-end management of capital markets and corporate finance products within Workflows Capital Markets, ensuring alignment with LSEGs product strategy.
Lead all aspects of definition and planning through production, release, and end of life cycle, with end-to-end responsibility on feature/function specifications for new or legacy propositions,
Products and services.
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Delivers against set objectives for a small product or cluster of small products
- Understands overall product roadmap and strategy and prioritise own work accordingly and as directed by senior colleagues to meet overall objectives
- Supports product marketing to ensure content is appropriately provided
- Seeks the expansion / improvement of existing products within own remit rather than the conceptualisation of new products, establishing the business case for product enhancements.
- Ensures client engagement, communicate roadmaps to the client community and is responsible for feedback
- Provides mentorship on strategy, design, business requirements, feature and functionality trade-offs and release schedule for a proposition, set of propositions, products, or services.
- Leads cross-functional teams in order to ensure dependencies for proposition, product or service delivery are met, following relevant lean, agile and ways of working methodologies.
- Works closely with client team to capture and prioritize client feedback to drive innovation and increase client adoption and retention.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or equivalent
- Moderate experience in product development and management
- Specialisation and expertise within a product area.
Compensation/Benefits Information (New York applicants only):
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $133,400 - $248,000.Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
