Job Summary:
We are looking for an Inventory Solutions Program Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of inventory solutions programs, from discovery and assessment to implementation and continuous improvement. You will help create, implement, and improve inventory solutions programs by conducting facility assessments, coordinating program installations, analyzing data, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, suppliers, and cross-functional internal teams. As part of our Inventory Solutions Team, you’ll help to guide assigned staff to ensure smooth program operations—always keeping customer success and efficiency at the heart of what we do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the discovery, assessment, and implementation of new and existing inventory solutions programs.
- Conduct facility assessments and coordinate program development to support customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, tailoring messaging to each audience.
- Oversee program installations and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
- Maintain and analyze program data, using insights to drive improvements and efficiencies.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements to create real value.
- Support and guide assigned team members, ensuring everyone is aligned and empowered to succeed.
- Foster a positive, solutions-focused work environment while ensuring company policies are met.
- Travel as needed to support program initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Required:
- Education: Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Equivalent will be considered.
- Experience: 2+ year(s) of related experience (inventory, VMI, etc.)
- Travel: Willingness to travel intermittently (up to 50% of time) to other Nelson-Jameson locations
