Senior Sales Coordinator

Winpak Films Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator to join our Customer Service Department based out of Senoia, GA. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our field representatives, agents, customers, distributors, and the head office—ensuring seamless communication, order accuracy, and superior customer service. You will also play a leadership role in mentoring junior team members, managing special projects, and supporting department operations when the Customer Service Manager is unavailable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders, quotes, and specifications in alignment with company policies and service standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication among departments such as Sales, Production Control, Shipping, Accounting, and Purchasing.
• Serve as acting lead when the Customer Service Manager is out of the office, ensuring continuity of operations.
• Train and mentor new and existing Sales Coordinators; maintain department training manuals and documentation.
• Lead and execute special projects focused on continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
• Confirm order feasibility and proactively communicate with sales or customers about potential issues.
• Maintain and log order data, ensuring timely and accurate information is shared across teams.
• Make financially responsible decisions for expedited shipments when needed.
• Support ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 and promote a high standard of professionalism and teamwork.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer service or relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and complete projects in a timely, organized manner
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and within tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree preferred (will consider equivalent experience)
• Experience with ERP systems such as Movex
• Familiarity with Winpak’s business flow, Shipping Log, Complaint and ARG databases, and Artwork/Item Creation processes
• Training or supervisory experience
• Advanced troubleshooting and conflict-resolution abilities

Additional Details:

• Shift Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard business hours
• Work Location: 100% onsite in Senoia, GA
• Travel: Minimal to none
