JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The York LaunchBox is seeking applicants to work hybrid (on-campus and remote) as Part-time York LaunchBox Market Research Coordinator.

Job Duties

• Participating in Customer Discovery 101 coaching sessions with York LaunchBox clients.

• Using customer resource management (CRM) tools for the York LaunchBox and York LaunchBox clients.

• Conducting market research outreach and interviews relevant to York LaunchBox clients.

• Additional duties would include managing client communications, scheduling, and deliverables.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Applicants must have good communication skills, be self-motivated and detail oriented. 

• Individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset will thrive in this work.

• Knowledge of lean startup methodology, customer discovery, G-Suite, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, Miro, HubSpot CRM, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred but not required.

This opening offers professional growth opportunities in the area of customer service and will add valuable employment experience to your resume. The schedule for this opening is typically 3-4 days per week, Monday through Friday, for 10-20 hours per week. This opening is part-time and is funded through June 30, 2025.
