Air Condtioning Bias Engineer - Mobile

Are you an experienced A/C Bias Engineer looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team in the role of A/C Bias Engineer - Mobile. This position offers the opportunity to carry out planned and reactive maintenance in various locations across the South East, ensuring the smooth operation of building systems and services.

Job Role:

As an A/C Bias Engineer - Mobile, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting planned and reactive maintenance as directed by our OPS team.
• Maintenance tasks will encompass HVAC systems, M&E equipment (such as pumps & pressurisation units), basic electrical and plumbing works, emergency lighting testing, and tap temperature recording.
• Timely completion of maintenance tasks within specified time frames.

Applicant Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience working in a commercial environment.
• Competent working knowledge of building systems and services maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid F Gas Qualification.
• Proven experience as an A/C/refrigeration engineer with electrical and plumbing systems.
• Preferably experience in a customer-facing role.
• Well-presented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively complete tasks.
• Good understanding and application of Health and Safety standards.

Salary and Benefits:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Flexible working hours may be required during busy periods.
• Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus overtime (dependent upon qualifications and experience).
• Annual Leave: 23 days plus bank holidays.
• Company Pension: Available after probation (Employer pays 3%, Employee minimum 3% contribution).
• Benenden Healthcare: Available after 6 months.
