• Data-Driven Financial Reporting:
  • Develop and refine financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in real-time.
  • Utilize modern BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to provide comprehensive insights into financial metrics.
• Automation of Reporting Processes:
  • Implement and maintain automated reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Develop data pipelines to integrate financial data from various sources (ERP systems, CRM, databases).
• Ad-Hoc Analysis:
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to support rapid decision-making and provide clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Ability to structure, analyze, and present complex data in an understandable format for stakeholders.
• Performance Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Create dynamic financial models to enhance forecasts, cash flow projections, and scenario analyses.
  • Develop performance reports that identify variances between planned and actual results and provide root cause analysis.
• Integration of Business Intelligence in Financial Strategies:
  • Leverage BI analysis to support strategic financial planning and business management.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data-driven insights to improve competitiveness.
• Transparency and Visualization:
  • Prepare clear and visually compelling reports for management, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop dashboards that consolidate financial, market, and operational data to facilitate faster decision-making.
• Compliance and Accuracy:
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting standards (IFRS, HGB) and internal policies.
  • Implement validation mechanisms to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborative BI Solutions:
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
  • Train and support team members in the use of BI tools and the interpretation of financial data.
• In charge of bookkeeping & controlling with our external financial advisor
• Support the Management in future fundraising processes
  • Lead the financial due diligence processes within funding rounds

Your profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and automation processes.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and financial modeling.
• Solid understanding of statutory accounting standards (IFRS, HGB) and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data in an understandable and visual format.
• Collaborative mindset with strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of strategic thinking. Bonus points for

• Experience with fundraising processes, investor communications, and due diligence.
• Background in circular economy, sustainability, or technology-driven industries.
