- We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to work alongside the North American Commercial Manager taking a lead in all New Business Sales activity within the North American territory.
- Sales leadership is imperative to help motivate colleagues across the Sales team in delivering company targets and reaching key sales KPI’s
- Jointly responsible for Customer acquisition, having the ability to engage with external stakeholders nurturing them through tenders of varying complexity.
- Take the lead in the Sales Cycle. Successfully and professionally presenting solutions which ultimately solve problems and generate revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties include:
- Achieve growth by meeting company and sales revenue targets through both individual contribution and support of colleagues.
- Under the guidance of the Commercial Manager oversee daily sales operations
- Work with existing management team to ensure customer success
- Help evaluate performance and productivity
- Lead sales generation & growth
- Nurture and build relationships with key accounts and other existing customers
- Support the marketing team to organise and lead exhibitions to ensure success
- Identify customer needs and requirements within the application
- Ownership of North American Sales Pipeline
- Presenting & Articulating inspHire’s solutions to a professional level
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- In-depth knowledge & experience as a senior sales person
- Previous sales and operational experience is essential. Preferably in the SaaS, Cloud based application space
- Knowledge of the rental market is preferable but not essential
- Knowledge of business process and functions (sales, marketing, finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Proven ability to develop and achieve sales & financial plans
- Outstanding organisational, leadership and decision-making skills
- Exceptional solution demonstration skills of our software to prospects & existing customers
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Highly organised & Strong work ethic
- Meticulous attention to detail & Strong analytical abilities
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
- Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
