In this role, you will play a key part in developing and optimizing high-performance software, contributing to cutting-edge solutions that protect airspace and bolster security. Other days working remotely.</span><span> </span></p> <p><strong><span>Reports to: </span></strong><span>Director of RF Development</span><span> </span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></strong><span> </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Develop, optimize, and maintain C++ code for RF sensor systems focused on drone detection.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Implement and optimize algorithms to meet performance requirements on embedded Linux systems.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate software with our hardware platforms.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Process large-scale data in resource constrained environments.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Contribute to the design and architecture of new features and system improvements.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner.</span><span> </span></li> <li><span>Stay updated with the latest developments in C++, parallel computing, and high-performance computing technologies. </span><span> </span></li> </ul> <p><span> </span></p> <p><strong><span><span>What You Bring</span></span></strong><span> </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Strong proficiency in C++ development, with a focus on performance optimization.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Solid experience with parallel processing and multithreading.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Familiarity with performance oriented programming techniques.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Basic knowledge of CUDA and GPU programming is advantageous.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Excellent knowledge with Linux systems.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Experience programming Linux kernel drivers is a plus</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. </span><span> </span></li> </ul> <p><span> </span></p><p>Don’t meet every single requirement?
