Senior Strategy Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Senior Strategy Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our organization by leading strategic initiatives and driving impactful decision-making. As a member of our small internal strategy team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify areas for improvement, evaluate opportunities, and develop strategies that will drive our success in the ever-evolving market.

What you'll do:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of the market, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand strategic priorities and develop initiatives that drive growth, with a specific focus on SaaS-related opportunities.
• Lead or support the development of comprehensive business cases, financial models, and performance metrics for evaluating investments, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Refine and develop business strategies, including market entry/expansion, product positioning, pricing, and customer segmentation.
• Drive the execution of high-priority internal strategic initiatives by coordinating project teams, ensuring timely delivery, and effective stakeholder management.
• Analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights and recommendations for executive decision-making.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and reports to communicate strategies, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership.

What you'll bring:

• 4-6 years work experience
• MBA or related
• Experience in product management, management consulting, finance, or a similar analytical role, preferably with a focus on high-tech.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations, including building financial models to support decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
