Job Summary

As the General Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Director of Operations and assume a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage of a multi-outlet cultural attraction. This position demands excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, strong team leadership, client relationship management, and a commitment to upholding superior food quality and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of profit and loss (P&L) and budget management related to the account.
• Manage the comprehensive day-to-day operations of our multi-outlet cultural attraction.
• Conduct human resources functions, including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations.
• Take charge of scheduling, payroll administration, and team training to maintain operational efficiency.
• Cultivate and nurture excellent relationships with customers, guests, the Client, and other departments.
• Collaborate closely with the Chef and management team to create innovative menus and ensure the delivery of top-quality food.
• Play a key role in introducing new culinary programs in collaboration with the Company's marketing and culinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts is preferred.
• Possess a minimum of five years of experience in foodservice operations.
• Proven expertise in managing high-volume production and catering is essential.
• Previous experience in budget management is advantageous.
• Display a strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth within a top-notch foodservice company.
