Description
Albion College is seeking a qualified instructor for two sections of ENGL 101W (College Writing) in Fall 2025. These sections will meet on MWF at 11:45-12:50 and 2:15-3:20 and must be taught in person.
Enrollment in each section is capped at 18. MA or MFA in English is required, ABD or PhD preferred. Compensation is $3500 per section plus a modest stipend to offset fuel costs.
Albion College is a private liberal arts college of approximately 1500 students. It is situated in a culturally diverse community in south-central Michigan within an hour's drive of the University of Michigan, Michigan State University, and Western Michigan University. Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- MA or MFA in English is required, Ph.D. preferred
- Graduate student who is all but dissertation (ABD) may also be considered
