The role of Director, Solution Consulting - Customer Value is a business partner who will partner with the customer success organization to execute process improvement studies for at risk customers. The Director of Solution Consulting, Customer Value will be able to engage directly with customers, producing Realization Studies for customers to help them improve their performance. The role blends your functional and business acumen.

The Director, Solution Consulting - Customer Value is also responsible for developing a scalable methodology to assist with Value creation and ultimate realization amongst OneStream Customers broadly. In this role, you will work closely with the Value Transformation, Customer Success and the Customer facing Solution Consultants.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Creation & Expansion

• Design and implement a global, customer-centric program to enhance and expand existing OneStream customer accounts
• Develop and implement a methodology using human-centered design and design thinking principles to identify and achieve strategic use cases with OneStream
• Rapidly scale the program by building and guiding a team of solution architects

Customer Engagement

• Partner with senior executives, including CFOs, to become a trusted advisor, translating strategic objectives into high-impact software use cases
• Conduct workshops to design business outcomes and create strategic roadmaps, positioning OneStream as a key transformation driver

Collaboration & Handover

• Work with the Value Engineering team to transition outcomes and roadmaps from customer workshops into value calculations
• Lead end-to-end customer value journeys, collaborating with Sales Leadership and Customer Service Managers to convert identified use cases into sales leads

Program Development

• Foster a community of customers, partners, and consultants to articulate and market use case value
• Develop strategic design talent through field engagement, continuous feedback, and hands-on training
• Partner with a global team of solution architects to drive adoption of OneStream:
  • Retaining existing, at-risk customers through listening, empathy and action
  • Expand and develop advocate customers through “the art of the possible”

 Value Partnership

• Partner with the Value Realization Director to ensure realization baselines and metrics are collected from customers engagements
• Engage Value team members to assist in the execution of Value Realization Studies
• Represent the broader Value Team with other members of the OneStream organization

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

•  BS Degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable in Business, Computer Science or Technology related degree
• Technical experience with OneStream or similar CPM tools
• 5-10+ years of relevant presales/consulting experience with (some) people management experience
• Extraordinary presentation and public speaking skills
• Must have the ability to lead technical discussions and identify the right solution for our customer’s needs
• Versed and experienced with business analysis and financial modeling
• Three to five+ years of CPM industry experience
• Background in Finance/Accounting
