DESCRIPTION:

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for design and execute organizational strategy within a large business unit (400 people) along with leadership. It is expected that the HRBP can build positive relationship to deliver valuable service to leaders and employees that reflects the P&G objectives

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

We are looking for hard-working and driven individuals who can:

• Strategically aligns HR efforts to specific business needs​, including organization assessment and design, team effectiveness, people issues, and trends that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business.

• Requires building culture that value trust, employee engagement, innovation, leadership effectiveness, and workforce efficiency.

• Coaches and develops leaders to deliver people management capabilities, provides organizational insights to make the highest quality decisions, and mitigates operational risk and increase business and HR process/ ER (Employee Relation) compliance.

• Partners with practices and HR shared services to implement effective, business-oriented solutions that meet specific business and Line Leader challenges.​

• Ability to build and implement process improvements within the assigned organizations.

• Build and maintain a culture focus on ethics and stewardship.

• Analyzing trends and metrics for decision making and process improvements.

• Discussing business strategies, HR challenges and HR plans that can help the business with senior leadership and key stakeholders.

• Working with leaders in their business area to make sure employees have the skills and resources they need to work towards their goals.

Job Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in HR as Business Partner or Organizational HR, preferably in Shared Services

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative

• Excellent time management skills with a confirmed ability to meet deadlines

• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and standard HR methodologies

• An ability to push business leaders to think differently, standing your ground when needed, but prioritizing relationships while doing so.

• Strong data analytics skills.

• Strong English communication skills

• A minimum required Bachelors’ Degree is required
