Career Counsellor Intern

This is a remote position.

• Coordinate with schools and support student outreach and engagement.
  
• Draft the Student Induction Guide to help students understand workplace expectations.
  
• Assist in writing the Safeguarding Manual.
  
• Prepare and deliver student induction sessions before the start of any placement.
  
• Offer support and guidance to students throughout their internship or job experience.
  
• ​Collaborate with the team to improve our student preparation continuously materials and processes.
  

Requirements

• Strong interest in career counseling, youth development, or education.
  
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
