The Associate Quality Assurance Specialist will provide support to all functions within the Quality department. They are expected to be detail-oriented, flexible, nimble, and diligent in their role managing short and long-term projects as well as dealing with day-to-day QA tasks. The Associate Quality Assurance Specialist will identify onboarding project issues and provide corrective action to ensure our organizational standards and compliance levels are achieved and maintained.

The role will be remote, in-office, or hybrid as preferred; some travel may be required. There is an expectation of out-of-hours flexibility if project deliverables are not met on time.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform QA tasks for two business units.
  • QA for Bank changes
• QA for Price changes
• QA for Biller CRM onboarding
• QA for Merchant configuration and testing
• Ensure procedures are followed.
• Review and understand the onboarding process.
• Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting
  • Identify training needs and process improvement opportunities to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Assist with fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the quality team.

• Projects as needed.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Experience in merchant onboarding, payment processing, and/or SaaS solution are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.

• Outstanding attention to detail and great verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.

• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of a team and ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task under deadlines.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Salesforce, or Jira are desirable.

Preferred Years of Experience and Education:

• Two years of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field

• Professional certifications such as Six Sigma or CQA are a plus.
