We are seeking an experienced Digital Trust Solutions Architect to design, develop, and implement innovative digital trust strategies that ensure safe, seamless, and secure interactions between users and technology. The ideal candidate will build solutions to elevate consumers' trust in digital platforms, improve cybersecurity measures, ensure compliance with privacy regulations, and mitigate risks. This role will play a critical part in shaping the organization's digital trust framework, enhancing our reputation for secure services, and building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders. This role will require to create an architecture/solution to enable our commercial stakeholders to build their sales and marketing strategy compliantly.

 

Job Description

Major accountabilities:

• Develop architectural solutions for a complex business area or deliver architectural services or governance activities.

• Utilize architecture patterns to suggest the most adequate utilization of technical platforms in support of the holistic solution architecture design.

• Maintain and evolve Architecture tools and platforms, principles, policies and standards -Engage internal and vendor project teams to explain proposed Architecture and ensure technical governance of implementation

Minimum Requirements:  

• Education & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a computer science, engineering or information technology discipline. An advanced degree and related accreditations a plus.  

• Overall 12+ years of experience in Data Digital and IT industry with 5+ years of experience as a solution architect

• Proven experience (3+ years) in developing solutions in the Digital Trust domain, including areas such as Privacy, Information Security, Data Protection, Consent Management and Customer Identity & Access Management and good understanding of CRM and Marketing solutions

• Should have worked in an Agile product development framework and tools like Jira etc.

• Pharma experience is a plus  

• Leading large and/or diverse multi-functional teams.

Work Experience:

• Comprehensive understanding of Digital Trust principles, concepts and relevant frameworks (CCPA, GDPR)

• Demonstrated expertise in Digital Trust domain areas, with experience in relevant platforms and technologies:
    - Consent & Preferences Management (e.g. OneTrust)
    - Customer Identity & Access Management (e.g. Salesforce, SAP CDC, Azure B2C)
    - Data Protection and Privacy (e.g. data loss prevention tools and data encryption)

• Solid understanding of security standards and privacy regulations

• Solid understanding of API security and integration best practices

Languages :

• English.
