About the role

We are looking for a SHOWROOM MANAGER to join our talented team. This role will oversee the region’s showroom and will be responsible for administrative support for the region.  The position will be based in our Houston showroom, and will report to the Regional Vice President.

Responsibilities:

  • Operates in the role of event coordinator and space scheduler to ensure guests have a welcoming showroom experience.  Ensures that the showroom is clean and well-kept at all times.
  • Communicates, builds relationships, and engages with guests in accordance with brand standards.  Provides prompt responses to guests and offers solutions as needed.
  • Manages office supply inventory, including needed office refreshments, coordinates with internal and external resources to ensure appropriate stock of marketing collateral for events and communications.
  • Accurately manages sample inventory to ensure on-hand data is updated.  Coordinates with couriers and shipping partners to ensure requested samples are shipped and tracked.
  • Updates sample collateral inventory monthly for visibility into inventory
  • Supports the local sales team with duties to include, but not limited to, updating customer account lists, coordination of open order statuses, providing data reporting support, and updating the design firm library.  Assists with coordination of regional sales events and trade shows.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Experience & Education Desired:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in administration support, office management, sales administration, customer service or other similar field.
  • Lifting 25-35lbs
