About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Logistic Assistant to join our master data mission to continuously advance our master data maturity and focus on data governance, optimization, roboticization and implementing new ways of working. 

 

Your new role – why is this a great opportunity? 
As Logistic assistant, your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Ensure master-data support in relevant business projects  
  • Drive, operational master data initiatives 
  • Work closely with other Master data teams in Lundbeck to ensure alignment, ea. the production site in Italy 
  • Work closely together with PAS X- team  

In addition, you will: 

  • Participate in improvement of IT communication and anchoring of processes 
  • Assist the purchasing function on an operational level 
  • Assist the production planner in the budget phase 

 
Your future team 
 You will join a team who are involved in IT implementation projects across the organization. 


Our Master Data team in Lumsås works within our main data domains the chemical production site being; Warehouse, production, external customers, and vendors – We are one local team in Lumsås. 
There are three experienced employees in the team. There are therefore great opportunities for sparring, both professionally and about what it is like to be new to Lundbeck and how the site works.  

As a team member in the logistics department, you will be part of our local team and report to the Head of logistics, Claus Rosenville. 
  
What you bring to the team 
 For this position, we are looking for a candidate with a solid Master data background and experience. You must have a data centric mindset and be in possession of strong stakeholder management skills, as you will engage with many different colleagues at different levels in the organization. 

 

You have empathy and will get a good understanding for how to navigate in an organization. You enjoy working with people across areas. You will work both tactically and operationally level. Your IT skills should be at a high level. You have a good understanding, for how Supply chains are setup. 

 

In addition, you have: 

  • Experience with SAP – preferable from a production company within the pharma or food industry 
  • A comprehensive understanding of processes and data models  
  • The ability to create cross-functional relations and handle tasks simultaneously and with tight deadlines
