Centrico by Windsor is a mid-rise style community consisting of 385 apartment homes.
For the fourth year in a row, Windsor Communities is the recipient of the 2024 Kingsley Excellence Award achieving the top award for Overall Customer Service. Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation. Hourly: Starting at $19.37 - $24.22 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.  Annual Starting Comp: $40,289 - $50,377. Bonus: Average quarterly bonus potential of $400 per quarter, based on performance, with an average annual potential of $1,600. Total Annual Starting Compensation Potential: $41,889 ($40,289 base + $1,600 bonus)
$51,977 ($50,377 base + $1,600 bonus) Essential Duties:  

• Maintain interior and exterior curb appeal of the property including cleanliness of amenity spaces, common areas, parking lots or decks, maintenance shop, and leasing office. 
• Assist with weather related cleanup as needed.
• Management of recycling and trash operations including trash chutes, enclosures, and compactor rooms.  
• Apartment make ready support such as painting, cleaning, and light maintenance.  
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance projects. 
• Support the company’s values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents. 
   

Requirements: 

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. 
• Basic computer skills and smart phone use. 
• Ability to take direction and work independently through task completion.
