Business Operations & Analytics, Data Entry Systems Administrator

Overview:

BTIG seeks and entry level candidate to join our team as a Data Entry System Administrator in the New York office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory system by accurately entering, updating, and analyzing data to ensure the integrity and efficiency of our inventory management processes. The ideal candidate for this role is a meticulous and detail-oriented individual who likes to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update inventory data into the system.
• Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management of any potential shortages or excesses.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with IT support for resolution.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance data entry processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management and data entry.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Suite products
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Compensation:

• BTIG offers competitive compensation and is required by law to include an estimate of the salary range for each role. Salary range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, years of applicable experience, skills, qualifications, licensure and certifications, and other business and organization needs.
• The current base salary range for this role is $60,000-$85,000 per year. Please note that certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus or overtime.
