Your new responsibilities

Become part of our ENI business line—a dynamic division that delivers innovative lighting solutions for entertainment and industrial applications worldwide. Our products are used in cinemas, industrial facilities, and other demanding environments where quality and precision are essential.

 

ENI is currently undergoing an exciting transformation process: as part of a carve-out, the business line is being transferred to the corporate structure of USHIO Inc. as an independent unit. For you as Head of Finance & Accounting (d/m/f), this means a unique opportunity to actively shape this change.

 

• Establishment and contribution to the entire finance department of the German entity, as well as responsibility for the operational separation to ensure a smooth transition to the new organization
  o    Establishment and management of the Finance & Accounting team
  o    Implementation of relevant processes and structures
• Orchestration of IT migration in SAP ERP FICO
• Responsibility for all core financial functions of treasury (cash management, liquidity), accounting (AP, AR, BtR), taxes, transfer pricing, credit management, pensions
• Management and monitoring of the Transition Service Agreement (TSA) and cooperation with external service providers
• Close coordination with the ENI CFO and relevant stakeholders

Who we are looking for

• Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling, or comparable
• Several years of management experience in finance, ideally in an international environment and with carve-out or transformation projects
• In-depth knowledge of the aforementioned core financial functions according to HGB, IFRS, and, if applicable, Japanese GAAP
• Experience in the implementation of ERP systems (ideally SAP)
• Very good communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English
