The Full-Time Merchandiser position supports, services and maintains accounts in the Lincoln, NE area. This position is responsible for stocking shelves, coolers and building displays. Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate our business needs, core hours are Mon-Fri, standard business hours.

Job Description:

• Merchandise shelves with strategic shelf placement

• Serve accounts on a regular schedule

• Support in-store tastings

• Maintain cold boxes and build displays

• Stock inventories across accounts
   

Competencies and Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Goals and results driven

• Must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass pre-employment background check, physical and drug test

• Local candidates preferred, no relocation package

• Self-motivated

• Independent worker

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Professional presentation and high energy personality

• Ability to lift up to 54lbs of product repeatedly

• Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen; criminal background check and a post offer physical (if applicable).
