Controlling Team Leader

Your role & responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 8-10 Controlling Specialists and coordinate necessary activities to achieve best-in-class controlling organization
• Coordinate recruitment to reach the expected team structure within budget
• Strong operational focus through direct coordination of daily deliverables
• Conduct various analyses and share results with business partners
• Prepare presentations in a management-friendly layout with a clear message
• Coach team members to secure high quality service
• Foster continuous process improvement, simplification and standardization culture
• Engage in value-adding initiatives to increase efficiency of work
• Lead cross-team projects to deliver tangible benefits

 

 

Your skills & strengths:

• Min. 2 years of experience in leading a well-performing team (> 5 employees)
• Fluency in English
• University degree in business administration or related studies (minimum bachelor’s degree)
• Min. 3 years of experience in Reporting & Analytics expertise
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (esp. Excel), relevant IT tools and BI-architecture
• Practical experience in process improvement coordination
• Working experience in a shared service organization or in a production controlling environment is an advantage
• Independent and proactive way of working, very good social, communication and influencing skills
• High commitment and willingness to assume accountability
