Position Summary

Hybrid Natera Tennessee Office

Natera is seeking a friendly and resourceful Administrative Business Partner to support executives, medical directors, and our small TN office. As part of the Executive Services Organization, this role will perform a wide range of administrative tasks, provide seamless support to leadership, and deliver periodic support for the CEO in Tennessee. The role is a hybrid position, requiring in-office presence as needed. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys cross-department collaboration, and demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence and service.

Primary Responsibilities

- Provide proactive, high-quality administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reconciliation for multiple medical directors

- In partnership with the Sr. Director of Executive Services, provide varied local support for the CEO in Tennessee, requiring confidentiality, flexibility, and discretion.

- Ensure vendor payment requests are submitted and processed promptly.

- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Executive Services Organization

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or business experience; prior executive support experience strongly preferred.

- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Strong command of Google Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with Concur expense platform,  JIRA or similar ticketing systems a plus.

 - Experience booking travel including multi-city and international trips

- Ability to balance competing priorities and work collaboratively across large and small teams.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new responsibilities.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.

- Hybrid work arrangement: must be in the office 2–3 days a week; occasional travel as required.

Transportation required
This position requires the ability to use a computer, communicate via phone, and read printed material.
May require occasional work outside of normal business hours.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.San Carlos, CA $25$31 USD
