Licensed Contractor/Handyman - Maintenance & Repair

A Danbury-based property management firm is seeking a licensed and insured contractor to join our network of trusted subcontractors in the Maintenance & Repair Department.

We’re looking for a reliable professional with strong general repair and renovation skills who can take on projects of all sizes for our Danbury, Milford and Torrington areas.

 

Ideal Candidate: You currently operate your own business and are looking to supplement your workload or grow with a reputable property management firm. We maintain long-term relationships (15+ years) with many of our contractors and are looking for another dependable professional to add to our trusted team.

While we can’t guarantee a specific volume of work, this is an excellent opportunity to build a consistent relationship that can grow over time. You can pick as many jobs as you can handle or scale back as your schedule allows. Several of our contractors have expanded their businesses—or even transitioned to full-time work with us.

Qualifications

· Valid CT State Contractor’s License

· Certificate of Liability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation coverage

· Ability to quote jobs accurately and promptly

· Experience in some or all of the following areas:

· Drywall & painting

· Roof repairs

· Water/mold mitigation & insurance-related repairs

· Leak investigations

· Gutter work

· General property maintenance
