We are looking for a Project Controls Services Leader to join the team.

This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ. 

Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must ​relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location. 

This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%. 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage a team within the Project Controls Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) organization that is responsible for project reporting and analysis that drives continuous improvement and predictability.
  • Create and manage global reporting, for regional and global reporting to global leadership, regional leadership, and project leadership.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders in the EPC organization and other partner organizations.
  • Understanding data requirements across the EPC organization and streamlining output with one source of truth
  • Monitor project performance of projects throughout the execution lifecycle.
  • Create and manage Project Controls Quality program.
  • Manage learning and training.
  • Coordination of Project Controls execution application launch.

Qualifications

 Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years people management experience.
  • 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Other Requirements

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check every two years thereafter.

  • Cross functional leadership and influencing skills, resulting in tangible business decisions and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex cross-functional problems into clear solutions/recommendations.
  • Analytical skills and capable of using models for optimization purposes.
  • Project management/process improvement skills.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • The ability to drive constant innovation, improve cycle time and lean principles while bringing a growth mindset.
Technical Program Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metro
