Patient Navigator - Arabic Speaking - Cornell Campus 

The Patient Navigator plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for international patients seeking care through NewYork-Presbyterian’s Global Services. The Patient Navigator ensures that patients and their families feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their healthcare journey. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage a variety of administrative and logistical tasks while maintaining a warm and approachable demeanor. The Patient Navigator collaborates closely with clinical and operational teams to coordinate appointments, facilitate communication, and streamline access to services. By maintaining an organized environment and anticipating patient needs, the Patient Navigator helps uphold the high standards of care and hospitality that define NewYork-Presbyterian.

The shift for this position is Monday - Friday from 9a-5p.

Preferred Criteria

• Experience in healthcare setting working directly with patients

• Bachelor's degree

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma or GED 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Diverse and culturally sensitive customer service skills
