That is why our slogan is 'Let's Grow Together'!</p> <h2>What will you be doing?</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Financial Analysis</strong>: Analyse financial statements, operational data, and business plans, identifying adjustments in EBITDA, net working capital, and net financial debt for accurate transaction valuations.</li> <li><strong>Due Diligence Leadership:</strong> Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence by coordinating sessions with target company management to gather crucial insights.</li> <li><strong>Reporting &amp; Insights:</strong> Prepare due diligence reports, including financial analyses, charts, and conclusions to guide client decisions.</li> <li><strong>Team Coaching:</strong> Mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality project delivery and professional growth.</li> <li><strong>Cross-functional Coordination:</strong> Work with tax, legal, and other teams to provide comprehensive due diligence services.</li> <li><strong>Client Engagement:</strong> Assist in preparing proposals for new or existing clients to drive business growth.</li> <li><strong>Business Development:</strong> Contribute to identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting business development efforts.</li> </ul> <h2>What do you bring to the table?</h2> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience preferably within a consulting or professional services firm.</li> <li>Excellent command of Dutch and English.
