Job Description

Publicis Sapient seeks a Senior Associate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to drive our strategic DE&I plan in North America as part of our global DE&I strategy. This role collaborates closely with the North America DE&I team, utilizing expertise and data-driven insights to optimize our DE&I plans. Reporting to the North America DE&I Lead, this position plays a pivotal role within this regional team while fostering global collaboration, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in advancing diversity and inclusion across our organization. 

Your Impact 
•Drive programs and partnerships to integrate research-driven best practices and industry expertise for success measured through qualitative data and sentiment analysis, enhancing the effectiveness of our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
•Streamline the DE&I intake mailbox to align DE&I goals and plans across Industry, Capabilities, and Internal teams, contributing to a cohesive and efficient approach.
•Act as the primary point of contact for DE&I Client requests, such as RFPs and regular report requests, fostering smoother client interactions and showcasing our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
•Support Business Resource Groups for sustainability, communication, and scalable programming, including material archiving for marketing purposes and budget tracking.
•Efficiently manage conference, event participation and external engagement survey submissions, using data to determine ROI and gathering post-event testimonials and materials to strengthen future success.
•Collaborate closely with our Marketing and parent company Talent Engagement & Inclusion teams to identify award and speaker submission opportunities, reinforcing our recognition as a thought leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
•Ensure the relevance and impact of core/reusable content used in presentations, RFPs, awards, and external communications, reinforcing our message and commitment to diversity and inclusion across various channels and audiences.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience 
•Diversity, Equity and inclusion program development experience within consulting and/or technology sector.
•Experience working with global and local stakeholder groups (internally and externally) and influencing at all levels.
•Skilled at engaging in matters that require sensitivity and empathy across diverse communities.
•Proven ability to build relationships and influence key partners and get results through collaboration. 
•Experience supporting wide-ranging programs, tracking diversity measures, and delivering improvements in inclusion and culture improvements.
•Comfortable looking at and converting DEI data and insights into action and relevant programs. 
•A credible role model and ambassador for inclusion capable of representing our DEI agenda internally and externally.
•Strong oral and written communication skills; a captivating presenter, great listener, collaborative and highly articulate.
