We’re currently seeking a part-time TMS Technician to join our collaborative, patient-centered Bellevue clinic. If you’re passionate about care, connection, and growth—and want a flexible role that truly matters—this might be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do
- Administer TMS treatments safely and compassionately (MagVenture training provided)
- Provide supportive, respectful care to patients during their treatment journey
- Educate patients and help them understand the treatment process
- Document treatment sessions and progress accurately
- Communicate with providers and collaborate with the clinic team
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
Requirements
What You Bring
- 2+ years of healthcare or patient care experience (CNA, MA, Behavioral Health Tech, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a warm, professional demeanor
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and basic clinic systems
- A team-first mindset and commitment to showing up for patients and peers
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage both clinical and administrative tasks
Schedule & Details
- Location: Bellevue, WA
- Schedule: Monday–Friday clinic; this role is 2–3 days per week
- Shift: 10-hour shifts (start time approx. 7:00 AM)
- Status: Part-time
- Benefits: PTO is offered and prorated based on hours worked
