Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the vehicle that best meets their transportation needs
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery
• Respond promptly to phone, internet, and showroom inquiries
• Greet and assist customers in the dealership and on the lot
• Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Follow the CarShop sales process and embody our values of integrity, teamwork, and customer care
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain engagement
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current inventory and promotions
• Continuously develop sales and customer service skills

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to integrity and professionalism
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing
