• Responsibilities. Responsible for analyzing and conducting structured analysis according to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards and prepares analysis documentation, including User stories, Use cases. Develop and document design alternatives to satisfy user, business, statutory, and system requirements. Present alternatives to users and impacted areas to facilitate design decisions and gain consensus. Test, support, and assist in the development of functional testing requirements for new or existing system features. Conduct system walkthrough and formal review and provide assistance to other staff members and development groups on selected business and technical issues. Assist in estimating and scheduling of a project or project tasks, provide assistance to the IT Organization to troubleshoot and resolve problems and to explore opportunities for enhancement and improvement. Remain up-to-date on all systems analysis tools by reading related material and taking courses. Enhance business knowledge by learning the daily business operations of ADP and obtaining a solid understanding of ADP products and features.

 

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field of study and six (6) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and four (4) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Four (4) years of experience must include: SDLC Methodologies and Frameworks, including SCRUM; Data architecture and data exchange tools, including APIs, web services, and file exchanges; Reading logical and conceptual data models; Writing functional and technical specifications across multiple platforms; ROLL; Access and Identity Management (AIM); OTC, Pi, and TOPS; US Money Movement (USMM); Develop and implement payroll practices and processes that align with overarching business goals and financial requirements; Writing SQL queries; and Amazon Web Service including CloudWatch queries.
