Job Description
This opportunity is part of the Global Technology Infrastructure & Operations team (GTIO), where our mission is to deliver modern and relevant technology that supports the way McDonald’s works. We provide best-in-class foundational technology products and services including Global Networking, Cloud, End User Infrastructure, and IT Service Management. It’s our goal to always provide an engaging, relevant, and simple experience for our customers.
The Technical Product Analyst, End User Infrastructure & Operations, reports to the GTIO Senior Manager. This role will be responsible for developing relationships with our customers and partners to understand their needs, assist with end user services, operations, and adoption planning. This individual supports internal team governance to ensure team priorities align with the overall team strategy. This role will be instrumental in implementing the team vision of locally relevant and globally consistent end-user infrastructure platforms, services, and capabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technology specialist to help craft the transformation of infrastructure and operations products and services for the entire McDonald's environment.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Analyze patterns and trends in customer behavior and point out new product opportunities
- Engage stakeholders across all levels of business and ability to navigate complex and decentralized organizational structures
- Contributes to the end-to-end ownership of features from ideation through implementation and through maintenance and support.
- Understand McDonald’s current support landscape of tools, processes, standards, automation, monitoring, hardware, and more.
- Serve as the bridge between the technical and business aspects of the product and/or service.
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with multiple diverse stakeholders across the company, including members of executive leadership.
- Supports EUIO operational and program-level processes as needed.
- Continuously solicit feedback and evaluate EUIO’s operational processes to find opportunities for the EUIO team to deliver faster, better, and more efficient solutions for our stakeholders.

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140 - $125,130 per year

Qualifications
- Passion for online and mobile technology, and knowledge of industry structure, trends, and influential companies.
- Proficient in delivering clear and concise messages to senior collaborators through written and verbal communication.
- 4+ years of product execution / technical business analyst experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years relevant experience and a Master’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft products
- Direct experience on an Agile team.
- Demonstrated capabilities working in Jira and Confluence.
- Extremely knowledgeable about software developmen
