An opportunity has arisen to join the Client Information Quality Assessment Team as an Associate. As part of this busy team, you will be involved in ensuring Davy Wealth Management & Davy Select are supported in all aspects of the account opening process in line with our Compliance and Central Bank guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all new accounts are processed in line with SLA’s, Client Asset regulation, AML regulations and internal procedures.
- Ability to review and improve on existing procedures & processes and use this knowledge to improve efficiencies and processes within the area.
- Liaise with other departments to minimise risk and ensure all rules & regulations are adhered to
- Ability to work primarily on own initiative and prioritise tasks. Train other team members.
- Understand and adhere to the rules of the Irish Stock Exchange, Financial Regulator and EU;
- Assist clients in any queries they may have in relation to account opening and regulatory rules.
Requirements
- Third Level qualification in a business-related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services.
- Experienced in reviewing anti money laundering documentation.
- Strong customer service skills;
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly MS Word and Excel;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
