You can look forward to

Together with your colleagues, you offer project management as a central service. In this context, you lead interdisciplinary projects of varying complexity at your own responsibility, apply the project management standards within the company and contribute to their further refinement.

• Specialist and lateral leadership of interdisciplinary, international project teams
• Responsibility for the results, scheduling and budgeting of your projects from the project idea across the entire project lifecycle 
• Planning, steering and controlling of costs, contents, tasks, results, deadlines and external service providers 
• Project design, updating and status reporting in the enterprise-wide project management software
• Continuous exchange and partnership-based actions to ensure project stakeholder satisfaction and elaboration of solution scenarios in the event of divergences 
• Further development of the project management standards and involvement in the global project management community

You come equipped with

• Several years of experience in project management, extending also to the international level
• Project management certification (at least IPMA level D or equivalent)
• Master's or other postgraduate degree with concentrations in economics 
• Experience in project programme management is desirable 
• Experience in the insurance or financial environment is welcome 
• Well-versed in moderation and presentation techniques 
• Knowledge of (multi-)project management tools such as MS Project, Planisware, Jira, Azure DevOps etc.
• Proficient user skills in German and English (level C1/C2)
• Willingness to go on occasional business trips worldwide
