Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will support access activity, use technology for reporting, and deliver strong customer service while working with agility, reliability, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, loading and shipping zones, trailer yards, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify conditions that need attention.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or delivery traffic, helping to verify authorized access, following post instructions, and reporting discrepancies in a professional manner.
• Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and communicating clearly with site personnel regarding security-related concerns and/or operational disruptions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
